Solution 2: Change network, for example you are using PTCL then switch to Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, Zong, Warid or any other network to check which network's IP is blocked by your service provider.

Solution 3: Contact your network provider and request to change your IP address.

Solution 4: Uninstall this launcher from add remove programs and then install again. 

Solution 5: Properly uninstall the Fake GTA v from Control panel and Add remove programs, CLICK HERE TO WATCH VIDEO because even different drive mein karo uski appdata files are always on the windows drive tu no use chahye different drive ya folder mein karo because windows ek hi hai, Chahay windows drive mein karo (C drive) ya D drive ya E ya F it will launch through windows only and automatically has filed on C drive tu fake ki files on C drive mix with orignal files on C drive
